When water has nowhere to go it creates moisture inside of your home’s walls. To combat this, we cut a channel along your basement wall and install new tile to ensure that water will properly make its way to your sump pump and not travel through your walls.
Exterior
Waterproofing the outside of your home can be just as important as waterproofing the inside. We dig all the way down the foundation of your home and expose the footer. This is the only way to truly inspect and protect the walls of your home. We then install new tile to ensure that water gets inside the channel and will then make its way to your sump pump. Doing this will stop hydrostatic pressure from building up against your foundation walls. We then tar your walls and add dimple board to them for added protection in preventing moisture from reaching your foundation. Once all waterproofing measures have been taken we backfill with stone to provide your home with structural stability, to support the foundation, and to assist with proper water drainage.
